Step into a deeply restorative, one-on-one sound bath designed entirely around you. In these private sessions, a fully customized sonic journey is created to meet your unique intentions, energy, and needs. Whether you seek stress relief, emotional release, improved sleep, mental clarity, grounding, or simply profound peace, every element — from the selection of instruments to the pacing and focus — is thoughtfully tailored for you. Using crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, tuning forks, chimes, voice, and other resonant instruments, you are gently guided into a state of deep relaxation where your body and mind can naturally recalibrate and restore. Each personalized sound bath includes: A brief pre-session consultation to understand your goals and current state A fully tailored sound journey (typically 60–75 minutes) Gentle integration time afterward with tea and reflection Optional add-ons such as aromatherapy, vision boarding. These in-home sessions offer the focused attention and personalization that group experiences cannot provide.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Process Reserve your sound bath experience via our online platform at www.SoundBathParty.com. Choose from individual sessions, group sessions, in-home sessions, themed sound bath party, or corporate events, and select an available date and time. Full payment is required at booking for individual and group session. For corporate and themed events please submit your request and a representative will reach out to you regarding the session. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations made 24 hours before the session qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 30 days, subject to availability. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours forfeit all payments and cannot be rescheduled. Corporate or group events require 14 days’ notice for a partial refund (excluding deposit). Arrival and Setup For in-home or corporate events, ensure the space is ready 30 minutes before the session. Our practitioners arrive 15–30 minutes early to set up instruments like crystal singing bowls and gongs. Group participants should arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund to respect other clients’ schedules. Group Size and Pricing Individual sessions are priced for one person. Group sessions and individual sessions start are listed with pricing in the services section of the website. Corporate event and themed party pricing are customized based on group size and location—contact us for details. Health and Safety Inform us of medical conditions (e.g., sound sensitivity, epilepsy) at booking to ensure safety. Sound baths are generally safe but may not suit everyone. If you have metal or a pacemaker please discuss with the Sound Bath Practitioner prior to scheduling. We require a quiet, distraction-free space for in-home sessions. Conduct To preserve the meditative atmosphere, silence phones and avoid talking during sessions. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal without refund. Smoking, alcohol, or recreational substances are prohibited. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances For in-home or outdoor sessions, we monitor weather conditions. If severe weather or unforeseen issues (e.g., practitioner illness) occur, we’ll reschedule at no cost or issue a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.
