AUGUST UPDATES & NEW PARTNERS
Cary Remains Home Base as We Grow
You may notice some schedule changes. We’re expanding to new venues and introducing new experiences. Cary will always remain our home base, so we’ll continue offering a grounded group sound bath session once a month at our Jazzercise location in Cary. As sessions fill up, we will add more time slots. If Cary is your preferred location, mark your calendar for the second Sunday of every month for the group sound bath session from 5:00–6:00 p.m. in our Jazzercise studio.
New Partner Venues
We are so excited to be adding Partner Venues to bring some wonderful new studios and out door venues to our community.
Mini Acre Farms (Outside Session)
We have two full moon sessions booked for our new outdoor partner Mini Acres Farm. You can book now for dates for Sept 25, 7:00-8:00

Pittsboro Yoga
We can't wait to be in Pittsboro! This will be a great venue. These dates will be coming soon. The booking link will be direct through Pittsboro Yoga so I will have a link once the dates are published.
Celebrate Wellness With Us
Join us for a special celebration as we mark one year of sound baths and community growth. This gathering features local vendors, giveaways, and live demonstrations designed to soothe the spirit and bring our community together.
The event is open to the public from 3:00–7:00 p.m. at our Cary Jazzercise studio, with many vendors set up outside.
Special member-only sound bath sessions will take place at 5:15–6:00 p.m. and 6:15–7:00 p.m. These times are not publicly listed—you’ll need to RSVP to the event and use a code word when you arrive for the sound bath. Only those subscribed to the newsletter have access. Keep an eye out for the Sept newsletter for the code word! Be sure to follow our Facebook page @SoundBathParty for a shout out to the vendors leading up to the event.
