Recharge, relax, and reset at a Military & First Responder Sound Bath Party — an evening dedicated to those who serve. Immerse yourself in waves of soothing sound from crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance.
This event is pay what you want — our way of giving back and ensuring that everyone can experience deep rest and renewal. Come as you are; leave grounded, centered, and recharged.
Open to all active duty, veterans, reserves, first responders-Fire fighters, Police and EMTs, and their loved ones. We recognize the family of service members serve also so are welcome for all the behind the scenes support. Comfortable clothes, open hearts, and optional donations welcome.
