A sound bath is a meditative experience in which you simply lie or sit and receive waves of sound from instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. There is nothing to “do.” The tones wash over and through the body, inviting the nervous system to settle and the mind to quiet.

Practicing outdoors allows the natural world to become part of the soundscape. Birds, wind moving through leaves, distant insects, and the soft ambient hum of the farm will intertwine with the instruments, creating a living, layered experience that no indoor session can fully replicate.
